My son and ex-daughter in law bought me a vehicle. they paid for it with a certified check from her account. The car is solely titled under my name, i pay insurance. They broke up and now she wants it , saying that since she "paid" for it, the car is hers. Legally, does she have any claim? even if she did put some money into the purchase?
