For my sophomore year, I took H English, H Chemistry, H Geometry, Chinese, Mod Civ, and art.
I got a 4.5 GPA for my sophomore year.

This year, I'm a junior and am taking all regular courses, but instead I'm taking college courses, like psychology, philosophy, sociology, dance appreciation, music theory, and communications in total. Right now I have a 4.3 GPA, but a SAT score of only 1420.
I'm number 7 in my grade out of 93 students.

For my extra curricular I have played the piano for 12 years and am going to pass the advance level in piano to be able to teach students, community service- over 100 hours, clubs like national honors society, key club, art honors society. In my spare time I like to draw, and I have a portfolio of all my work. I tutor students too.

The question is will I be able to make it to UCLA, UC Berkeley, UCSD, UCSB, if not what other colleges would be best for me?

Lastly, should I retake my SAT or just take the ACT instead and if I do take the ACT will colleges see my SAT score?

Thanks to anyone who can help! :
