I made a mistake when i was 17 i was arrested for OUI in MA. I served out my probation paid all my fines and everything with no problem, i was told once i turned 18 i could legally say that i have no criminal record. Also i was fined for open container and had to pay a 100.00 dollar fine and was told that the fine was actually less than a speeding ticket and would not show up on backround checks. I have an Associates degree in Fire Science, EMT-b, and served four years in the Marines as an egineer, can i still be a full time firefighter?
