medical bill for 99.00 from 9-2008, turned over for collection 1-2009, I disputed it, after getting more details and verifying with my health insurance company that it was my responsibility I paid it in full on 3-26-2009 but posted on account on 4-2-2009. Collection agency reported it to credit bureau even though it was in dispute. And was not reported to credit bureau as disputed either. Dispute sent in writing within 30 day period of first notice of bill. My credit score is over 800 (or was), I have now other negative reports on my credit. This bill was from a surgery in hospital, this bill was from the same name as the hospital but the anesthesia dept which I now know has a different payment address. My hospital bill was paid in full in November of 2008 by me. I thought I had all the bills paid. Collection agency is verbally insululting when I call them to try to settle this they call me a deadbeat, tell me to pay my bills and this won't happen, they tell me that I have a bad attitude. This was a mistake, and I handled it like I though I was suppose to, and paid it when it was clear that it was my bill. I want this off my credit report
