Can I reconnect wires to a powered mirror

My driver side powered mirror on a 2001 Grand Prix came off without being damaged however the wires were pulled out from behind the mirror, can they be reattached? If so, how do I do that?

    i suggest you to take it to proper electrician coz if sumthing goes wrong ur fuse box will blow away....
