Can I go to a fitness center?

I want to go to a fitness center and ask a trainer from there to give me a routine of exercises,,

I am only 15 and I heard that you need to be 18 + to go to fitness center..

So my question is...Can I go to a fitness center and workout there even though I am 15?

IF your sources are accurate then you should know the answer by now... other wise go to a gym and ask the instructor if you can.

most gyms don't have any age requirement. There are probably a few gyms around where you live. Give them a call and see if theres an age requirement and you can sign up there and workout.

If you go with a parent or guardian, most places will let you. Gold's Gym, for example usually will.

Call the gym of your choice and ask about their underage policy.

You have to exercise to lose weight and keep it off. You can go to the fitness club. I've belonged to many clubs and they all have teenagers working out in them. I also worked out as a teenager at a fitness center.
