Can I give exam for remaining paper of Old syllabus - MCA?

I am the student of MCA (lateral admission), Date of admission : 24-05-2005 (Course valid till 28-02-2009)

I want to give the exam for MCA - 4th Semester paper – MC0018 ( Communication Technology) which is backlog. I have cleared 2nd ,3rd, 5th and 6th semesters.

Please can someone tell me if I can give the exam above paper after filling the “Re-admission” form?. The current syllabus for MCA is revised.

Yes. you can definitely appear for the exam. I am in the same boat. I have registered myself for 2006 and it is expiring in July 2011. I am going to appear in Jan, 2011 exam and will take break since I appreard for 4th sem only. All papers clear only MC0018 is left.
