Hi there!

I am a social worker from India and I am going to travel to the UK via a famous American airline the very next month. While arriving back from UK, I will be having an estimated time frame of about 30 hours as part of my transit time. I was wondering if anybody could please tell me whether or not I can get Singapore visa on arrival from Heathrow airport.
