August 1999 to June 17 2004 CSED in Montana was involved. THen Notice of Release of Satutory Interest payments should of been mailed directly to me but weren't. In February 2006 Order was dismissed. There was initatially a reverter clause..how do i get my childs support thru the state i currently live in ? Can I place a lien on his assests?
