Can 16 year old really afford to own a pet? i want to get a pet but my parents want me to pay for it; which makes me think, how much would a cute dog cost, what will it be to feed him and care for him. Can someone else who knows help; is it really expensive to own a dog or is it my parents way of saying no you can't have one?
