Question:

Cakes and loaves do not rise properly resulting in a heavy product.

I have bought new baking powder and used fresh ingredients. Any cake or loaf doesn't rise properly. I just made a lemon loaf which is quite "solid". These same recipes always worked before this Whirlpool oven. It's totally frustrating.
