i cant seem to match the analog hands to the digital display..hot to do manually?

     Your analog hands are out of sync with the digital display. Consult your manual and follow instructions to do a complete reset of all the analog indicators - and zero them out. When you now reset the digital time, the hands should will be synced with the digital display.
