CIRCLING. Why does my dog circle so much? She is healthy and sometimes when she finishes playing

Why does my dog circle so much? She is healthy and sometimes when she finishes playing with a toy or just seems for no reason she will just go in circles and then sit down for a minitue and back up she gets and sometimes does it again. It doesn't have any connection with going to potty as she does something else to tell me she has to go. It makes you think she is restless or something. Does asnyone have any knowledge about this type of circling.
