My friend own a Gateway laptop running Windows 7. I am not sure about the laptop model. I must admit that it's really a fully loaded laptop and worked pretty fine. But for a past few days it's not recognize CD/DVD drive. Not any option available for CD/DVD drives in 'My Computer'. Looking for your advice and ideas to fix this.
