I am working in a bank and i have resigned on 26th May,2010 to join a PSU bank now my last working day in existing bank is 27th June .
The problem is that my joining date on PSU Bank is 12th July,2010 and they are saying to produce the relieving letter on the joining day but the existing Employer is saying that it will take 45 Days to give me the same from my last working day.
Now, my carrer is at stake . What Should i do.
