CANT GET TRAULSEN ROLL IN FREEZER COLD ENOUGH

HAVE COMMERCIAL ROLL IN FREEZER--THE CPR IS SET TO MAX LOAD--DOESNT SEEM TO MATTER WHAT TXV SETTING IS. SUCTION IS EITHER TO HIGH OR NOT MOVING ENOUGH BTU'S.
