Having issues with the 2 optical inputs on my rca rt2870r, everything analog seems to work well. It's only when my system tries to decode to DD 5.1, I get a buzzing sound. The only way it will even accept any signal properly through optical is if I set my components to stereo. On my receiver I do notice that when using optical, the only surround sound modes are Dolby Digital + PLII , Instead of just Dolby Digital 5.1. I have tried 2 different cables, and 2 different components and both have the same issues described as above.
