Bushnell Neo will not start up.

When I turn the Neo on the screen lights up but there is not welcome screen or menu screen or anything. I downloaded a couple of courses and the sync program said it worked but there is nothing I can get to. I charged it for 24 hours and the screen lights up but nothing else.
