my budgie seems perfectly healthy but has strange dirty brown scruffy feathers just above his beak. his nose is also a funny mixture of browny colours. he doesnt look like the google images of the budgies with scaly face, but he looks like ther emight be something wrong with him compared to my other budgie who has a perfectly blue nose ans clean feathers all round. they both look after each other very well and seem happy enough, so i cant figuere out whats up with him?
