    Hi, In almost every case, yes. I have nursed through two pregnancies with no problems. If you have a history of miscarriage or preterm labor, then you may want to limit your nursing sessions. However, if you are allowed by your midwife or doctor to have s*x, then nursing is safe as well Best of luck
