Breaker trips after 10 sec display shows 20 and 01

HydroSpa tub 4 years old had a leak, I drained it to inspect it but did not touch anyting. Re-filled it ready to try a stop leak but when I tried turning the breaker on it tripped off after 10 secs. The top mount display panel flashed 20 then 01. The control system is a Balboa HS200. Any suggestions?
