Boxer's knuckle. I got into a fight and my knuckle punched someones skull repeatedly and it seems

I got into a fight and my knuckle punched someones skull repeatedly and it seems to have lowered the right ring knuckle. There is some pain when i straighten it and try to get it to touch the bottom of my palm through downward bending. The swelling has gone down considerably but it has been 5 days since the injury happened. It does not seem to be broken or dislocated but I am concerned what has happened to my right ring finger knuckle. Any expertise would be greatly appreciated.
