   It is 1977 American thriller film, it is directed by John Frankenheimer, it is based on the novel Thomas Harris. The cast of the movie included Robert Shaw, Bruce Dern and Marthe Keller. It was also nominated for Edgar Allan Poe Award. Some termed it as Best motion picture in the year 1978. The story was adopted from Munich massacre, a Black September attack on Israeli athletics at the Olympic games in the year 1972.
   Michael Lander is casted as Bruce Dern, he is an American blimp pilot who was imprisoned as a Prisoner of War in Vietnam after suffering from years of torture, he also suffered by the failed marriage and the court martial in his life. After getting disheartened from his life he plans for a suicide and forms a group of people along him, he tries to launch an operation of suicide bombing on American soil along with a Palestinian terrorist group known as Black September.
   The movie was directed by John Frankenheimer and produced by Robert Evans, Alan Levine and Robert L. Rosen. The movie is written by Ernest Lehman, Kenneth Ross and Ivan Moffat. The music of the movie was provided by John Williams. It was edited by Tom Rolf, it was distributed by Paramount Pictures and was released on 11th March 1977.
