I had got engaged on 28th September2009 but cancelled on 30-31 January 2010 due to continuous vulgar phone calls and sms send by group of people form Zharkhand about my fiance(which my fiance is facing from last 4 years and no strong action was taken by him due to insufficiancy of time)and now aft enquiry revealed that my fiance was not guilty and again the chances of getting married with the same person are arisen. so please advise me.
