Has anyone made or tried this type of curry before? Did u like it and do you have a good recipe? I would like one for chicken please.

The method of making Bafaat Curry is simple one, You can select any vegetable from Mogen, Papaya or Radish. The first thing you have to do is to remove the skin and seeds after that you can take radish and scrap its outer skin then after removing the stem and leaves you can cut these into medium cubes. After this you have to cut he meat into small pieces. The next step is to prepare the ground masala from the ingredients which was choosen for grinding and then pick up the minced masala from the ingredients which was chosen for mincing. One cup of thick and 4 cups of thin juice of one coconut is required. The minced masala and the ground masala need to be mixed with the cut meat, the next step is to cook it in the thin juice till the meat gets tender. To achieve the best taste salt and vinegar are added. Wait till the meat gets cooked , after this happens vegetables and cook need to be cooked. In the end for tempering slice one onion and fry it in ghee, after this the cooked meat needs to be added. In the last thick juice and simmer should be added for a little while.
