BaBy Budgies. We have a baby budgie starting to get feathers, it's a the bottom of the cage cant

We have a baby budgie starting to get feathers, it's a the bottom of the cage cant get it back up. will it feed on it's own. Mum and Dad have another older budgie they are stll feeding, it has all it's feathers.
