If you have some problems with the way your body digests food, such as sprue ,Crohn's disease, bacteria growth in the small intestine, or a parasite then you will also have vitamin B12 deficiency. The people who don't use a variety of foods may need to take a daily vitamin pill to get enough B12. In mild deficiency of B12 one may not have symptoms even many people may think they are just the result of growing older. The other symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency are:
