Question:

Avanti win chiller 160 bottle size recirculate fans go on and off every 10 seconds.

Two fans seem to be in the ceiling of the cabinet to recirculate air and stabilize temperature. They go on and off every 10 seconds and never stop cycling. Is this a feature or a problem. If it is a feature, can the cycle time be adjusted if it is a timer or if it is a pair of temperature switches?
