Apex PF3230 TV with pincushion problem.

The sides of the picture on my tv started curving inward displaying an hourglass effect. From what I read, it is a pincushion problem. I don't have and can't find a service manual for this set, so I don't know where the pincushion area of the mainboard is. Any help would be appreciated.
