My car has been towed away outside my apartment somebody had parked in my allocated parking bay this is quiet usual as this flat is not my main residence and most people in the compound think this is a vacant space so for the last six months I have parked on the private grounds outside my flat when my allocated parking bay has been occupied by someone without my permission
I have been away for the last month on my return after a 24 hour flight I returned to my flat in the UK and someone was parked in my parking bay I was tied and wanted to sleep, so I parked in the usual space outside the flat where the car was not causing any obstruction
When I woke up the car was gone so I looked around and noticed that these signs had been placed around the complex by a private clamping company
I pay management fees for these grounds surely I need to be notified of such measures and confirm in writing that I accept that a private clamping company have the right to tow cars
