Any .22 rifles with decent sights?

   My friend, you are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Very simple operation: Change the sights. It sounds to me that you are asking for Aperture sights or Peep sights Here are a few links to one option that I have sold and mounted several of these on Ruger 10/22 for my customers.    I find the stock iron sights on the Ruger 10/22 are pretty descent.

   The Ruger 10/22 is the Chevy truck of the .22 world. I love it! It is quite accurate for a stock gun, and if you choose to, there are myriad upgrades to convert it to an accuracy powerhouse. Good luck

   Try getting a Ruger 10/22 the sights are much better if you are going to use iron sights. If you decide later to get a scope go with the 10/22 with a bull barrel with atleast a 4x12 with a 45 to 50 mm obj lens cant beat it.
   
   THINK TWICE IF PEOPLE TELL YOU A .22 WONT DO ANY HARM TO ANYTHING OR ANYONE.

   The reason why is that a .22 looses a great deal of speed after 50ft. .22 is a great starter rifle but after 50 feet the bullet wouldn't do enough harm so why use a site?

   if your 22 has a place to mount a scope, then look into a reciever sight. Williams and Lyman both make reciever sights to fit both dovetail mounts and drilled and tapped holes.
   
   just remove your hated buckhorn sight and install the reciever sight. it really improves your aiming and speed of acquiring sight picture.
