Some health experts have now changed their minds about how much you can eat per day. The recommended daily intake used to be 2,000 calories for women and 2,500 for men but they now say this could be increased by 16%. This is equivalent to one cheese burger a day. Do you really believe in this? Would you dare eating an extra cheese burger per day just because some experts, who used to be so sure of the opposite, suddenly recommend it?
