Allah is having 99 names?

Allah is having 99 names- and He's 19th name's Al-ʿAlīm (The All Knowing) so it means he know everything(i.e our past present and future) so why are we in this world?? satan challenged Him that we'll do bad things and He said we wont so if He knows everything then what's all that?
