Why is US govt going to ban Alcohol and caffeine Mixture?

I don't think there is any harm in drinking Alcohol and caffeine Mixture and I don't know why are they going to Ban it in US. What do you guys think are they doing the right thing to ban alcohol and caffiene Mixture drinks.

    This is one of the most dangerous new alcohol concoctions. More than a dozen teenagers and adults over the last three months have been hospitalized after drinking Alcohol and caffeine Mixture. It’s a recipe for disaster because your body’s natural defense is to get sleepy and not want to drink, but in this case you’re tricking the body with the caffeine. In my opinion it should be Banned.
