Adjust Rainjet Sprinkler Heads. Spray distance is far too powerful and needs to be reduced by 1/4.

Spray distance is far too powerful and needs to be reduced by 1/4.
Have re-installed different sized blue plastic forms to see if I can shorten distance but, if anything, distance has increased, whether small or large hole in form is installed.
What am I missing?

    You need to install flow controls under the head. I have many of them and other Rain Jet heads & parts if needed.
