Acting High Commissioner of UK H.E Dr. Peter Tibber called on Makhdoom Amin Fahim.
The acting High Commissioner of UK H.E Dr. Peter Tibber called on the Federal Minister for Commerce Makhdoom Amin Fahim in his office. The Federal Minister expressed that bilateral trade could be enhanced further through meaningful efforts. The Federal Minister extended his gratitude over generous UK assistance in flood relief activities. He further appraised that his ministry carrying out damage assessment in commerce and trade activities by the worst flood that hit Pakistan in past 80 years. The Minister appreciated the support of UK for Pakistan in EU agreement to grant Pakistan trade concessions. He said that the EU has agreed in principle for immediate substantial and meaningful support.
