Hi, I have the Acer Aspire 4730 with windows xp 64 proffessional, and it keeps going to the blue screen saying "Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\disk.sys". My computer keeps restarting sfter it shows the Acer logo. Is it that my ram memory is bad, my operating system or is it something else? I installed ubuntu linux and everything works fine, even the graphics. I really need to use a windows based operating system. Please help me figure out the real problem. Thank you!
