i have been working in UAE for last 10years and for last two years i have been on the sponsorship of one of FREEZONE Company (for bank).
In Feb'09 i had some personal problems at home country,so i decided to resign from the job and stay sometimes with Parents but they insist me to go on leave for one month(they holded my previous salary) but i could not return on time because my father's condition was very critical.
i contacted one of my coleage he told me that they put you ABSCONDED then i decided to come back because i dont wanted myself Absconded in UAE without doing any wrong thing, so i entered in UAE on 27/05/09.,and next day i went to my Freezone company they informed me that you are absconded and if you want to clear this you have to pay money. i went my line manager they all really playing with career and asked for my dues but they rejected and after sometimes they told me that we are tryinig to take you back in bank,but somehow in this situation now its been 6 months i am just running here and there to solve this problem because now i have offer from another company, i went to my agency now they are telling it is not possible to clear your Absconding,every body is just streching nobody is guiding i hope your understand and will guide me in this scenario.
