Unit will not power up. Checked voltage at pin 19(hold) 1.7vdc to ground.I have a service manual that explains that if the hold pin 19 is held low it will not power up.Reset microcomputer shorting pins 15 and 18, prior to that step standby led was on red.ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
