i have a 95chrysler cirrus 2.5 that am having a code[21] problem that's causing the car to use fuel way to much. the car is bogging down like back firing .i have replace the 02 sensor both of them thinking that would fix the problem but it did nothing for the car.i was thinking on replacing the cap an rotor. i want to can you HELP ME WITH THIS?
