93 F-150 manual tranny problems. Please Help!

I have a 93 f-150 with a 302 and 5 speed manual. I was driving the truck and went to shift into third and it wasnt there and neither was forth or fifth. So i shut the truck off for a bit started it back up and tried to take off and first and second was gone but i had third, forth and fifth back. Anyone know what it could be?
