92 honda civic doesn't start after running for about 30 minutes.

    There is some sort of electrical fault in it. That is why after running for 30 minutes it gets hot and stops, and after some time when the entire machinery gets cool down it again starts and runs for another 30 minutes for you. 

   You need to take your car to the nearest Honda center and contact an electrician over there and ask him to fix it for you for you can do it your self as well by changing the wires. As you mentioned that it is 92 model Honda civic, so its been almost 20 years so the wires have gone old and electric current problem has accrued.
