I recently had a new fuel pump and sending unit put on the truck; however I'm still having the same issues with starting it as I was prior to the work being done. It'll turn over, but not start unless one of two things happens: I turn the key and pump the gas several times then crank the engine until it either starts or the battery goes dead....or....I can pour gas on the fuel injector and crank until it starts.
What other problems could cause this besides the fuel pump being bad? And, if you could, please respond as if I know nothing about trucks or how to fix them (since I don't and would really like to understand what's being said :)
