When air is turned completely off, the red light on recirculate button will come on and hot air blows through vents. Happens frequently. The temperature wheel/control is set to minimum. As I drive I can hear a flapping sound that I think has something to do with a door that directs air flow. Pulling over, turning car off, then restarting the car will sometimes make it stop.
