87 toyota a/c

i have an 87 toyota pickup 22r motor , ive replaced the compressor the dryer , expansion valve and replaced the clutch fan with a big electric and i am only getting 80 degree a/c

    i have a 87 toyota pickup with 22r that i just rebiuld it fires up but it runs like s**t we thought it was the timing but we had a a buddy that does it all the time set it but we can tell whats wrondg so if u have any ideas please help
