87 Honda Accord Fuel injected timing

I just replaced my distributor and timing belt. The Honda service manual says I should be at 15 degrees BTDC. Currently the car will start and idle but it is at about 3 degrees after TDC.

    Rev the engine to 2000 r.p.m so the fans will turn on and your engine will cool down fast.
