790 receiver doesn't remember component input settings.

THIS RECEIVER IS STUCK ON VI INPUT , CANT TURN OFF OR CHANGE INPUTS
ONKYO RECEIVER TX SV 545 ,STUCK ON VI INPUT ,CANT TURN OFF OR CHANGE TO ANY INPUT ,COME ON WHEN PLUGED IN.
