5650en is beginning to print in i or 2 colors when all colors indicate full

Printer is only 3 months old. The colors indicate full. Was printing beautifully, but went to a blue color only. Indicators on display show full toner. I tapped the printer cartridges and am now getting better color, but there are yellow areas and odd co9lor lines. What to do? Help.
