5.7 Vortec code P0154

Put in a new engine. codes keep coming up. had #4 injector replaced. Replaced Mass Air Flow Sensor. Cap and rotor have been checked. all ok. now vehicle starts to hesitate and code P0154 coming up. I really need help now. I just want to drive my pickup with no problems.
