4M CPE3000PRO

Unable to telnet into CPE with known web logins and passwords. Also, cannot change Bridge/NAT Mode to Bridge mode, as web access drop down is grayed out. Used Operator login and mulitple web browser ans still unable to change to Bridge mode. Any suggestions?
